All goods are supplied under the following conditions
1) All goods remain the property of the hire company. 2) Payment to be made, in full, on or before the delivery. 3) This company shall charge a deposit of not less than £50, which will be returned when the company is satisfied with the good return of the equipment. 4) The hirer is responsible of any loss or damage to the hired goods from the time of delivery until collected by the hire company's employees. 5) Shortages and breakages will be charges for at the current replacement price. 6) Goods should be checked and signed for, by the hirer at the time of delivery. 7) No responsibility will be accepted for any injury caused by the use of misuse of any equipment on hire. 8) Staple guns and drawing pins MUST NOT under any circumstances be used to secure or affix, paper, flower, etc to tablecloths or equipment. 9) All cartons, boxes and packaging must be returned intact. 10) Any equipment or packaging damaged through damp or moist wet conditions will be charged for. 11) All china, glassware and cutlery etc, should be returned in the same clean condition as when delivered. An additional charge will be made if this is not adhered to. 12) There will be no refund on hire charges for over ordering. 13) Abortive journeys and waiting time for delivery or collection will be charged on ALL ORDERS. 14) Delivery charges quoted are for deliveries to GROUND FLOOR ONLY. 15) No consideration will be given to shortages or damages to equipment unless informed (WITHIN 5 HOURS OF DELIVERY). 16) We reserve the right to amend any price quoted prior to any confirmed contract.
Prices One day hire (48 hours) 2-3 days hire (charged as 1 1/2 days) 4-7 days hire (charged as 2 days hire) Longer periods by arrangement.
Confirmed orders cancelled Within 14 days of event 25% of hire charge Within 7 days of event 50% of hire charge Within 2 days of event 100% of hire charge
Dirty returns A washing up service charge can be sought through the office.
